EduFuse
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 September 2026
EduFuse ("we", "us") provides an AI-assisted teaching dashboard for educators,
available as a website (edufuse.org), an
Android app, and a Telegram bot.
This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account identity — when you sign in we receive, depending on the method:
your name, email address, profile photo and Google account identifier (Google Sign-In);
or your Telegram user ID, name, username and photo (Telegram login); and a phone
number if you choose to share it.
- Content you create — students, classes, subjects, exams, grades, attendance,
homework, announcements, and the prompts/titles you submit to generate presentations,
tests, crosswords and independent-work documents.
- Generated files — the PPTX/DOCX/PDF files produced for you, stored on our
servers for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted.
- Billing records — top-up amount, timestamp and a payment reference when you
add balance (handled by Payme or Paylov; we do not receive your card details).
- Technical data — IP address, session cookie, app version, and error logs,
used to keep the service secure and working.
2. How we use it
- To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
- To store and display your classes, students and generated materials.
- To generate content you request (see "Third parties" below).
- To process balance top-ups and prevent abuse.
- To diagnose and fix problems.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Third parties
- OpenAI — prompts and topics you submit for generation are sent to the OpenAI
API to produce slide text, questions and clues. Do not enter personal data about
students into generation prompts.
- Telegram — used for login and to deliver generated files to your Telegram chat.
- Google — used for Google Sign-In (identity verification only).
- Payme / Paylov — payment processors for balance top-ups.
- Hosting — our servers are operated on our behalf by our infrastructure provider.
4. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Generated files expire after 30 days.
Server and error logs are kept for a limited period and then rotated out. When you delete
your account (see below) all associated records are removed.
5. Your rights & account deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
Deletion is immediate and permanent: your user record and all classes, students,
subjects, exams, grades, homework, generated resources and centers you own are erased.
For any other request, contact us at
hello@edufuse.org.
6. Children
EduFuse is intended for teachers and adult educators. It is not directed to children,
and students do not create their own accounts — a teacher adds them as records.
7. Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies. Access to
production data is restricted to authorized personnel.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in-app or on the website.
